BMTA interacts with DBIS at various levels. DBIS manages the Government’s relations with BSI and sponsors UKAS under a Memorandum or Understanding.
BMTA has membership representation on the Instrumentation Industry Liaison Group (IILG) which brings together representatives of DBIS, GAMBICA, Institute of Measurement & Control, NPL, GTMA and the Worshipful Company of Scientific Instrument Makers.
